Prints by Richard Bosman, an assistant professor of art at Vassar College since 1995, will be on display at the James W. Palmer III '90 Gallery in the College Center through August 9.
Bosman has also taught at Columbia University, Yale Summer School of Art, the School of Visual Arts, and Cooper Union. He received a London Certificate of Art and Design in 1967 and later studied at the New York Studio School and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. Bosman was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1994 and an Award of Visual Arts in 1981. He has shown extensively in America and Europe and his work is in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Australian National Gallery.
