Laura Muggeo of Hillsdale, New Jersey, has been awarded the Vassar College DeGolier Prize for 2000. The award, established by a bequest of the late Eleanor H. DeGolier, Vassar College Class of 1921, is made to the third-year student with the highest academic standing in the junior class. This award of $5,000 may be used in any way to assist with future plans or perceived present needs.
Laura, currently a senior, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benedict Muggeo of Hillsdale, and is a graduate of Pascack Valley High School.
